Exemplary training is the key to Nautilus success and to the satisfaction of our customers. Our training program is a highly intensive, regimented five week program. The program is designed to create career cleaning professionals who are attuned to the importance of the smallest detail. All workers are also versed in the latest and most effective cleaning technologies.

Quality Control Systems
Our quality assurance process is based on the understanding that consistent quality cleaning requires ongoing evaluations. As a result, we consistently earn high satisfaction ratings from our clients. In each case, a service manager is assigned to the client’s property and will conduct regular physical inspections. Our service manager earns merit commission based on how satisfied the client is with Nautilus Cleaners. Naturally, our Service Manager will be motivated to find and correct any missed cleaning service opportunities. monthly customer service calls and “Report Card” evaluations allow Nautilus to maintain knowledge of how well client needs are being met.

Great Customer Relation Services
Ar Nautilus, we take pride in our presentation in both our cleaning services as well as our employees. Each Cleaning team-member will have a photo ID Badge and a Nautilus uniform shirt. In addition, each cleaning team member will be insured with worker’s Compensation and Liability coverage. Regular customer service calls are also utilized to ensure complete satisfaction of the client. Lastly, the client will have available a communication log book with evaluation sheets for cleaning services.
